Do not sell or share my information

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA) AND CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS ACT (CPRA)

The CCPA and CPRA provide California residents with certain rights regarding how Personal Information (PI) and Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) are treated. Under these laws, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” or "sharing" of their PI and SPI to third parties. Based on these laws, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications, and "sharing" refers to renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business.

Additionally, as a California resident, you are entitled to the following additional rights:

(1) Right to correct any inaccurate information;
(2) Right to know what information we have collected;
(3) Right to limit use and disclosure of SPI;
(4) Right to opt out of automated decision-making; and
(5) Right to non-discrimination for the exercise of your privacy rights.
